4 ways to improve your health with ice cubes
Most of us simply throw them into a delicious drink on a hot summer's day. Yet ice cubes actually have many more uses beyond keeping your lemonade cool. As the following 4 examples show, you can even use ice cubes to improve your overall well-being.
1. Combatting belly fat
- 3 tbsp horsetail
- 1 bunch rosemary
- 3 tbsp coffee
- 1 lb green tea or mate
- 17 fl oz water
- After boiling the ingredients listed above for 15 minutes, leave everything to cool. Next, you can freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray.
- Empty the ice cubes into a plastic bag and massage your stomach in a circular motion. The whole process should take 15 minutes with three short breaks.
