Here's How:

2.1 Do your favorite leggings have a hole in the crotch? Don't stress – you can easily turn them into a chic crop top! Cut a large, rounded piece out of the leggings around the hole to form the neckline of your new shirt.

2.2 Pull the leggings over your head using the cut you just made as the neckline, and stick your arms through what used to be the legs of the leggings. Now your leggings look even better than when you bought them!
