5 DIY Easter Gifts That Will Make You Hop For Joy

Easter is right around the corner, so it’s high time to start thinking about this year's gifts. 1. Cute Egg Carton Chicks

You'll Need:

  • egg carton
  • paint
  • orange & yellow construction paper
  • glue
  • assorted Easter goodies

Here's How:

1.1 Cut out 2 sections of an egg carton, paint them on both the inside and the outside, and fasten them together with construction paper and glue, making sure it can still open and close.

1.2 Cut wings, a beak, and feet out of construction paper for the chick. Glue them to the lower egg carton section.

1.3 Draw little eyes on the top half, fill the chick with little gifts, and close it. So cute!

2. Decorative Jar

You'll Need:

  • glass jar with lid
  • hot glue
  • bunny figurine
  • spray paint
  • Easter grass
  • assorted Easter goodies
  • ribbon

Here's How:

2.1 Glue a little Easter bunny on the lid of the jar, spray paint the lid and the bunny, and let dry.

2.2 Fill the jar with any Easter grass and assorted goodies. Screw on the decorated lid and tie a ribbon around the outside of the jar.

  • rubber bands

You'll Need:

  • water balloons
  • craft glue
  • water
  • yarn
  • Easter grass
  • assorted Easter goodies

You'll Need:

4.1 Combine the craft glue with a little bit of water and inflate a water balloon. Dip a long piece of yarn in the glue-water mixture, wrap it around the balloon, and let dry.

4.2 Pop the balloon and then use scissors to cut an opening in the yarn egg. Take the popped balloon out and fill the yarn shell with Easter grass and goodies.

5. Fun-Filled Paper Bunnies

You'll Need:

  • paper bags
  • paint
  • paintbrush
  • assorted Easter goodies
  • ribbon
  • glue
  • cotton balls

Here's How:

5.1 Splatter some paint on a paper bag and let it dry. Draw the rabbit ears on the open end of the bag, then cut them out.

5.2 Fill the bag with whatever Easter goodies you want, then close it with a decorative ribbon and glue a cotton ball on the back to make a tail. These cute little bunnies will make this year's Easter egg hunt super exciting!
