1. Pumpkin Vase 

You'll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • 1 empty can

Here's How:

1.1 Trace the empty can on the top of the pumpkin.

1.2 Cut out the circle you traced, take the top off of the pumpkin, and remove the pulp and seeds from inside.

1.3 Insert the empty can into the hole you carved out, fill it with water, and place a fresh bouquet of flowers inside.

2. Evil Genius Jack-O'-Lantern

You'll Need:

  • 1 big pumpkin
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • pumpkin carving tools 
  • gray spray paint 
  • craft knife 
  • 2 wooden skewers
  • 1 tea light

Here's How:

2.1 Cut the top off of the big pumpkin and remove the pulp and seeds from inside.

2.2 Use pumpkin carving tools to carve a spooky face out of the large pumpkin.

2.3 Color the small pumpkin with gray spray paint and let the spray paint dry. Use a craft knife to carve out a pattern on the surface of the small pumpkin so that it looks like a brain.

2.4 Cut off a section of the small pumpkin that's about ¼ of its entire surface area and remove the seeds and pulp from inside.

2.5 Stick 2 wooden skewers into either side of the large cut you made in the small pumpkin, and stick the other end of the wooden skewers into the base of the large pumpkin so that it looks like the large jack-o'-lantern's brain is exposed.

2.6 Place a tea light in the large pumpkin, light it, and your evil genius jack-o'-lantern is ready to haunt your front porch!

3. Quick & Easy Pumpkin Candle

You'll Need:

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • leftover candles
  • 1 candle wick

Here's How:

3.1 Cut the top off of the pumpkin and remove the pulp and seeds.

3.2 Cut up leftover pieces of old candles and melt the wax over a double boiler.

3.3 Hold the candle wick in the center of the pumpkin and pour in the melted wax.

3.4 Let the wax harden and your pumpkin candle will be ready to light up your home!

4. Playful Pumpkin Fox

You'll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • white felt
  • black felt
  • orange felt
  • hot glue gun

Here's How:

4.1 Cut out the orange and white felt to make the face, ears, and tail of the fox, then glue them onto the pumpkin using a hot glue gun. Cut eyes and a nose out of black felt and glue them onto the white felt. What a cute decoration for your garden!

5. Cute Constellation Pumpkin

You'll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • black spray paint
  • drill
  • craft knife
  • 1 tea light

Here's How:

5.1 Cut the top off of the pumpkin, remove the seeds and pulp, and paint the pumpkin with black spray paint.

5.2 Once the spray paint has dried, choose your favorite constellation and map out its stars on the surface of the pumpkin. Use a drill to drill holes for the stars you mapped out.

5.3 Use a craft knife to connect the drilled holes, making sure not to cut all the way through the pumpkin.

5.4 Place a tea light in your cute constellation pumpkin and watch the stars light up!
