1. Moth Repellent

You'll Need:

  • lemongrass
  • lavender
  • empty tea bag

Here's How:

Finely chop a stalk of lemongrass and fill an empty tea bag with the chopped lemongrass and some dried lavender. Hang the filled tea bag on a clothes hanger in your closet and it will act as an all-natural moth repellent!

2. Ant Repellent

You'll Need:

  • water
  • peppermint essential oil
  • spray bottle

Here's How:

Pour water and some peppermint essential oil into a spray bottle. Spray the infested area with the mixture and the ants will disappear  they don't like the scent of peppermint!

3. Fruit Fly Trap

You'll Need:

  • apple cider vinegar
  • bowl
  • plastic wrap
  • toothpick

Here's How:

Pour some apple cider vinegar into a bowl and cover it with a piece of plastic wrap. Use a toothpick to poke a few holes in the plastic wrap, then place the bowl near your fruit. The fruit flies will be attracted to the vinegar and will fall into the trap!

4. Wasp Repellent

You'll Need:

  • water
  • dish soap
  • small spray bottle

Here's How:

Fill a small spray bottle with water and some dish soap, then spray the mixture around the area where the wasps are pestering you. Wasps don't like dish soap, so they'll fly away and leave you alone!

5. Mite Repellent

You'll Need:

  • garlic
  • water
  • dish soap
  • spray bottle

Here's How:

Thinly slice a few cloves of garlic and boil them in some water. Spoon a ladleful of the garlic-infused water into a spray bottle, then add in water and dish soap. Seal the bottle and shake it vigorously, then just spray the infested plant with the mixture. Your plant won't get eaten anymore!

6. Cockroach Repellent

You'll Need:

  • powdered sugar
  • baking soda or borax
  • empty plastic bottle

Here's How:

Combine powdered sugar and baking soda or borax in a small plastic bottle. Be sure to label the bottle if you choose to use borax, because it can be poisonous if ingested. Sprinkle the mixture over the spot where you saw the cockroaches and you won't be seeing them again anytime soon!

7. Spider Repellent

  • water
  • citrus essential oil

Here's How:
