1. Revive Dried-Out Mascara

You'll Need:

  • contact lens solution

Here's How:

If your mascara is all dried-out, pour a small amount of contact lens solution into the container and shake it thoroughly. Your mascara will be just like new afterwards!

2. Soften Dry Lips

You'll Need:

  • rose petals
  • glycerin

Here's How:

Put a few drops of glycerin on some rose petals, then chill them in the refrigerator. Once the rose pedals are cool, rub them on your dry lips and you'll be able to pucker proudly again!

3. Revive Dried-Out Nail Polish

You'll Need:

  • nail polish remover

Here's How:

If your favorite nail polish is dried-out, just add a few drops of nail polish remover. Shake the bottle, then your nail polish can be applied smoothly again.

4. DIY Skin Exfoliant

You'll Need:

  • coffee grounds
  • aloe vera gel

Here's How:

Mix coffee grounds together with aloe vera gel, then apply the mixture to the area of dry skin you'd like to soften. Gently remove your DIY exfoliant and your skin will be silky smooth again!

5. Save Money On Deodorant

You'll Need:

  • hair dryer
  • leftover deodorant
  • empty deodorant stick or lip balm container

Here's How:

Melt your leftover deodorant with a hair dryer, then pour the liquified deodorant into an empty deodorant stick or lip balm container. You can apply your deodorant leftovers just like you would a new stick!

6. Easy French Manicure

You'll Need:

  • white nail polish

Here's How:

Brush some white nail polish onto the palm of your hand and run the tips of your nails through it one by one. Your nails will look great and professionally done!

7. Make Eyeliner Soft

You'll Need:

  • lip balm
  • eyeliner pencil

Here's How:

If your eyeliner pencil is a little dry and hard to manipulate, there's a very simple trick to make it easier to use. Rub the tip of the pencil on some lip balm and the eyeliner will work like a charm!

8. DIY Toe Separator

You'll Need:

  • sponge
  • permanent marker
  • scissors

Here's How:

Place your foot on top of a sponge and use a permanent marker to mark off the spaces between your toes. Cut along the lines you drew, and your DIY to separator is ready to be used for your next pedicure!

9. DIY Nail Design

You'll Need:

  • colorful nail polish
  • clear nail polish
  • reusable grill mat or parchment paper
  • toothpick

Here's How:

Put a few large drops of brightly colored nail polish on a reusable grill mat or parchment paper. Smear the nail polish around with a toothpick, cover the whole design with clear nail polish, and let everything dry. Peel the dried nail polish off of the reusable grill mat and place it directly onto a freshly painted nail that's painted with either colorful or clear nail polish. Cut off any excess remnants of the design so that it fits the shape of your nail, then paint over it again with a top coat. Repeat this process with the rest of your nails and it will look like you got them done in a salon!
