3 Charming DIY Crafts For Valentine's Day

1. Heart Board
You'll Need:
- 3 narrow wooden slats
- hammer & nails
- chicken wire
- red napkins
Here's How:
1.1 Nail the wooden slats together, tack on the chicken wire, and turn the whole thing around so the nails are no longer visible.
1.2 Fold the red napkins as shown in the video.
1.3 Stuff the red napkins into the chicken wire in the shape of a heart.
2. Fairy Light Heart Jar
You'll Need:
- 1 empty & clean Nutella jar
- adhesive foil or contact paper
- pink or red spray paint
- frosted glass spray paint
- fiber fill or cotton padding
- fairy lights
- ribbon
Here's How:
2.1 Draw a heart on the adhesive foil and cut it out.
2.2 Stick the adhesive heart on the outside of the Nutella jar.
2.3 Spray paint the entire outside of the Nutella jar, let it dry, and then carefully remove the adhesive heart.
2.4 Spray the inside of the jar with frosted glass spray paint.
2.5 Fill the jar with fiber fill and fairy lights and decorate the top of the jar with ribbon.
3. 3D Card Valentine's Day Card
You'll Need:
- construction paper
- scissors
- felt-tip marker or pen
- glue
Here's How:
3.1 Draw a heart, bear head, eyes, nose, and paws on properly colored construction paper and cut them out.
3.2 Assemble and glue the pieces together as shown in the video.
3.3 Place 2 strips of construction paper at right angles, with one end on top of the other.
3.4 Fold the strips back and forth over one another to create a paper "accordion."
3.5 Fold a sheet of paper in half for the card.
3.6 Glue the paper accordion in the middle of the inside section of the card.
3.7 Glue the bear to the paper accordion.
3.8 Write a warm and fuzzy message on the bear's heart – your special someone will love it beary much!
